JLM Wholesale operates robust site with PIM system

Security door hardware wholesaler JLM Wholesale is a leader in the U.S. security door hardware market. Installers and security integrators enjoy superior service and access to a large inventory of top-of-the-line products from this company.
As part of its B2B eCommerce strategy, JLM was using a product from Infor called Storefront. Due to Infor’s decision to sunset the product and stop supporting it, JLM started searching for new eCommerce platforms with better front-end and back-end functionality.
A number of B2B eCommerce vendors were considered by JLM, but Channel Software was selected due to its PIM features, intuitive management console, and easy-to-navigate user interface.
Now, the CSX eCommerce platform has made life easier for the JLM team that manages the site and for the customers who shop it.
