Motion Wins for Customer Adoption at APAC Industry Awards 2025
Motion Asia Pacific has been awarded Best Customer Adoption Strategy at the 2025 B2B eCommerce Industry Awards Asia Pacific, held as part of B2B eCommerce World APAC. The award recognises Motion’s practical and people-led approach to bridging the gap between traditional sales relationships and digital adoption.

When Motion launched Motion.com.au, initial uptake was slower than expected a common challenge across B2B. Rather than waiting for change, the team invested in a new model: the Digital Customer Experience Manager (DCXM).
DCXMs worked directly with customers and branch teams to build digital confidence through live support, training sessions, and feedback loops that informed platform updates.
The result wasn’t overnight transformation, but steady progress in registrations, transactions, and frontline engagement.
