That’s why we’re proud to officially welcome Ljubitza Frkovich Mallqui, Digital Transformation Manager at Promelsa, as our LATAM Chapter Lead.
Ljubitza isn’t new to B2B. She’s been a force in the space for years, building influence as an educator, strategist, and community builder. Whether through video series, podcast appearances, or speaking at global events, she’s consistently delivered clear, actionable insights to help manufacturers and distributors accelerate digital maturity.
Her leadership is grounded in real-world experience. At Promelsa, a leading company in the electrical and industrial supply sector, she oversees digital transformation initiatives that impact every part of the business, from internal operations to the customer experience.
At B2B eCommerce World Americas, Ljubitza brought LATAM to the center of the conversation, connecting with first-time attendees from Peru and Colombia, engaging deeply in AI discussions, and showing what regional leadership looks like.
“By the end,” she said, “we weren’t just attendees, we were a community.”

As LATAM Chapter Lead, Ljubitza will help the Association:
